What you get

Practical benefits and working conditions

Accommodation
For those of you coming from far away, accommodation is available in the center of Kranjska Gora. Group accommodation near the lake—details to be arranged individually.
A hot meal every day
Lunch is included every workday—you are guaranteed at least one hot meal a day as part of the program.
Hourly rate
Pay ranges from €7.50 to €14 gross per hour, depending on the position and experience. Payment is arranged by agreement—either weekly or at the end of the contract period.
Letter of Recommendation
After successfully completing your stay, you will receive a letter of recommendation from Jasna Natur Resort—a valuable document for all future opportunities.
Group activities and entertainment
In addition to work, there are group activities—tastings, evening get-togethers. Summer is also a time for fun.
Support and Implementation
You’re not on your own. You’ll be trained by experienced colleagues, and there’s a manager who’s always available to help you with anything.

Ice cream

The Ice Cream Shop

Making and selling homemade ice cream by the lake. Working with guests, a relaxed atmosphere, and the best location in the Alps.

Water activities

SUP Rentals

You help guests choose their gear and learn the basics of stand-up paddleboarding. A full day on Lake Jasna—there’s no better job.

Waiter's assistant

Work in the restaurant and serve alongside the experienced team at Gostilna Jasna. You’ll learn the basics of the hospitality industry in a real-world setting.

Kitchen Assistant

Help prepare dishes and get an inside look at the kitchen. For anyone interested in cooking—there’s no better way to get started.

Reception17+ years old

Jasna Reception Desk

First point of contact for guests—reception, inquiries, reservations. Suitable for older candidates seeking meaningful work experience.

Summer Dates

Choose a date that works for you. Check-in and check-out are on Sundays. Those over 18 with experience may sign up for multiple dates in a row.

Each assignment lasts a minimum of 14 days—receptionist: at least 1 month; kitchen assistant and waitstaff assistant: at least 3 weeks.
