Summer 2026 at Lake Jasna is approaching—and with it, an opportunity for your teenager that will leave a lasting impression. Now in its seventh year, Jasna’s Young Talents program is a proven initiative that offers young people aged 15 and older their first real work experience in the well-organized, safe, and supportive environment of an Alpine resort. This isn’t just a regular seasonal job—it’s an experience that has made past participants eager to return every year.
The program is designed so that young people not only earn money but also gain experience that school cannot replace.

5 different job openings—each assignment lasts at least 14 days. Some positions require applicants to be 17 or older.
Making and selling homemade ice cream by the lake. Working with guests, a relaxed atmosphere, and the best location in the Alps.
Helping guests choose their gear and learn the basics of stand-up paddleboarding. A full day on Lake Jasna—there’s no better job.
Work in a restaurant and serve alongside the experienced team at Gostilna Jasna. Learn the basics of the hospitality industry in a real-world setting.
Help prepare meals and get an inside look at the kitchen. For young people interested in cooking.
Greeting guests, handling inquiries, and taking reservations. Suitable for older candidates seeking meaningful work experience.
Arrival and departure on Sundays—teenagers may arrive and depart at their convenience. Those over 18 with prior experience may sign up for multiple consecutive sessions.
