Summer 2026 at Lake Jasna is approaching – and with it, a lasting opportunity for your teenager. Now in its seventh year, Young Talents of Jasna is a proven program that offers young people aged 15 and above their first real work experience in the organized, safe, and stimulating environment of an Alpine resort. This is not just ordinary seasonal work – it's an experience that previous participants have gladly returned to year after year.

We are organizing the program for the seventh time. Most participants return every year – which speaks volumes.
Where will your teenager
work?
5 different job positions – each term lasts a minimum of 14 days. Some positions require age 17+.
Ice Cream House
Preparation and sale of homemade ice cream by the lake. Working with guests, relaxed atmosphere, and the best location in the Alps.
SUP Rental
Assisting guests with selection and basic paddleboarding. All day at Lake Jasna - there's no better workplace.
Waiter Assistant
Restaurant work and service alongside the experienced team of Gostilna Jasna. Learning the basics of hospitality in the right environment.
Kitchen Assistant
Participating in meal preparation and getting an inside look at the kitchen. For young people interested in culinary arts.
Jasna Reception
Guest reception, inquiries, reservations. Suitable for older candidates seeking serious work experience.
Summer Dates
Arrival and departure on Sundays – teenagers arrive and depart when it suits them. Those over 18 with experience can apply for multiple consecutive terms.
How does your teenager
apply?
The teenager completes the application themselves via the online form. Four steps to a place on the team.
In the form, the young person provides their first and last name, date of birth, desired period, desired position, previous experience, and any suggestions for the team.
Location: Jasna Natur Resort, Kranjska Gora.
Attendance: The young person and at least one parent.
At the meeting, we will explain all the details - schedule, rules, accommodation, contract, and answer your questions.
