YOUNG TALENTS CLEAR 25 at Lake Jasna in Kranjska Gora

Dear Parents,

The winter season in Jasná has come to an end, but we are preparing for another summer full of meaningful experiences for your children. This year, for the 6th time, we are offering FOR THE YOUNG TALENTS OF JASNA a unique opportunity to learn important life skills, gain their first work experience and have fun in the natural environment of Kranjska Gora.

WHAT DOES YOUR CHILD GAIN?

Programme YOUNG TALENTS CLEAR is designed for young people between the ages of 15 and 18:

Develop key competencesCommunication, teamwork, taking responsibility and solving challenges.
Get their first work experience: By working in a variety of practical fields.
Learn to be independent: Without parents but under professional supervision.
Enjoying nature: in one of the most beautiful places in Slovenia - by Lake Jasna.

WHERE WILL YOUR CHILD WORK?

Your child can choose one of the following positions:
🍦 ICE CREAM HOUSE: Making homemade ice cream and selling it by the lake.
🏄‍♂️ SUP RENTAL: Help your guests choose the right SUP and teach them the basics.
🍽️ ASSISTANT CHEF: Work in the restaurant and learn about serving.
👨‍🍳 KITCHEN ASSISTANT: Take part in the preparation of dishes and learn culinary secrets.
📞 (NEW!) RECEPTION CLEAR: Become the first point of contact for guests. (17+ only).

DATES AND ORGANISATION

The timetables are designed to allow you to drop your child off and pick him/her up on Sundays. Work is done in packages of 14 days (or more for older participants with experience, with a mandatory trial work weekend beforehand).

WHAT DOES YOUR CHILD GET?

Pay for your work: From 7,5 € to 14 € gross/hour (depending on position and experience)*
A warm meal: We take care of your child's lunch.
Accommodation: If you wish, your child can stay on site (in Kranjska Gora)
Control and securityA: Your child will be under the constant supervision of experienced tutors.
Ice cream tasting: On the first working day, unlimited ice cream is available on shift changes - subject to normal working hours the next day!

HOW TO APPLY?

1. Fill in the application form: your child should write and send an email to info@jasnaresort.com with the following information:

- Name and surname
- Date of birth
- Previous work experience (if any)
- Desired date (from when to when)
- Position (ice cream, SUP, assistant waiter, kitchen assistant or reception)
- Team proposal (if you want to work with a friend)
- Where did you hear about this opportunity?

2. Parents in CC: Mandatory to add you in CC emails.

3. First round of applicationsTo 2.4.2025.

4. Kick-off meeting:

- When: Saturday, 26.4.2025 at 10:00
- Where: Jasna Chalet Resort, Kranjska Gora
- Who: You and your parents (compulsory for first-timers).
