Glamping Kozorog
The subject of the investment is the construction of a new high-quality tourist accommodation facility, Glamping Kozorog – Alpine Beach. The new glamping development, designed according to the World of Glamping system, will consist of a main building with studio apartments and 14 five-star glamping units, the construction of a car park with electric charging stations, and the landscaping of the surrounding area with a sunbathing and relaxation zone.
The direct purpose of the investment is to develop a new year-round tourist accommodation facility and acquire 25 new sustainably oriented 5-star accommodation units, which will enhance the quality of tourist infrastructure in the Kranjska Gora area. By offering top-quality services to guests both within the glamping site (authentic and sustainable accommodation, local indigenous cuisine, special wellness experiences) and outside it (original experiences of natural and cultural heritage, 5-star experiences), we will contribute to increasing the destination's competitiveness and thereby to raising the added value of tourism for the local community.
The goal of this investment is to establish a new business unit and construct a new, high-quality glamping site based on Jasna Chalet Resort's sustainable vision, which is founded on:
- reducing negative environmental impacts,
- monitoring energy consumption and saving energy through more efficient technology,
- contributing to solving environmental issues in sustainable tourism,
- encouraging guests towards sustainable practices and environmental protection,
- caring for water resources and reducing water consumption,
- responsible waste management (proper segregation, purchasing sustainable products, using ecological cleaners, paperless communication, and using 100% recycled paper),
- promotion and use of local resources – local products, services, experiences, food, and cuisine,
- promotion of environmentally friendly transportation.
