Glamping Capricorn
Subject of investment is construction of a new accommodation facility of high quality tourist accommodation infrastructure Glamping Kozorog - Alpska plaža. The new World of Glamping glamping site will consist of a main building with studio apartments and 14 5-star glamping houses, a car park with electric charging points and landscaping with a sunbathing and relaxation area.
Direct purpose of the investment is to develop a new year-round tourist accommodation establishment and to acquire 25 new sustainable accommodation units of category 5*, which will be located in the area of Kranjska Gora improve the quality of the tourist infrastructure. We will contribute to the development of the Kranjska Gora region by providing top quality services to guests both in and outside the glamping site (authentic and sustainable accommodation, local indigenous cuisine, special wellness experiences) (original experiences of natural and cultural heritage, 5* experiences). increasing the competitiveness of the destination and thus to increasing the added value of tourism for the local community.
The investment aims to establish a new business unit and build a new top quality glamping site based on Jasna Chalet Resort's sustainable vision, which is based on:
- reducing negative impacts on the environment,
- monitoring energy consumption and saving energy with more energy-saving technology,
- Contributing to addressing environmental issues in sustainable tourism,
- encouraging guests to act sustainably and protect the environment,
- looking after water resources and reducing water consumption,
- responsible waste management (proper segregation, purchase of sustainable eco-waste, use of eco-cleaners, paperless communication and use of 100% recycled paper),
- promoting and using the local - local products, services, experiences, food, cuisine,
- promoting the use of environmentally friendly means of transport.
