Successfully completed mentoring workshops for the Young talents of Jasna program

The program connects students, experienced professionals, and retirees with the aim of creating a stimulating environment for the development of young talents and the transfer of knowledge between generations. Throughout both workshops, participants learned about modern mentoring approaches, built effective communication skills, and explored ways to help young people take their first steps in hospitality, tourism, and wellness.

Under the expert guidance of Miha Andrič, a specialist in mentorship, talent development, and intergenerational cooperation, participants explored how to understand contemporary young generations, establish a trusting mentoring relationship, provide effective feedback, and identify and develop individual potentials.

Upon successful completion of the training, participants received a certificate of qualification as a mentor for the Young Talents of Jasna program, thereby becoming part of a community that will help young people gain valuable practical experience in the working environment of Jasna Natur Resort.

The Young Talents of Jasna project is based on the belief that connecting different generations can create the best conditions for the development of future personnel in tourism. Through mutual learning, exchange of experiences, and personal mentorship, strong foundations are laid for the sustainable development of the profession and a successful future for young people.
