By the emerald Lake Jasna, with views of the magnificent peaks of the Julian Alps, a new culinary story awaits you – Gostilna Jasna, where tradition, nature, and the creativity of three countries intertwine in every dish. In collaboration with master chef Uroš Štefelin and under the guidance of the experienced team at Jasna Natur Resort, an imaginative menu has been created that respects local heritage while boldly embracing the neighboring flavors of Austria, Italy, and Slovenia.

Flavors that connect

For an appetizer, indulge in thinly sliced San Daniele prosciutto, local cheeses, or a 'Slovenianized' steak tartare – also available as fish or vegan options.
For a comforting experience, enjoy seasonal soups, traditional Slovenian polenta with young cheese or pancetta, and fish stew.
For the main course, treat yourself to the essential Wiener Schnitzel, roasted veal, pork hock, Slovenian trout, seasonal 'al dente' risotto, gnocchi with sweet tomato sauce and burrata, linguine with nettle pesto, and colorful salads.

Vegetarian options? Of course. Flavors that connect people and regions always find a place on our plates.
