General terms and conditions for participation in the prize contest “Find Your Balance at Jasna Natur Resort”

Contest organizer
The prize contest is organized by Adria Alpe Turizem d.o.o., Čičare 1, 4280 Kranjska Gora, hereinafter referred to as the “organizer”.

Contest period
The prize contest will run from May 5, 2025, to May 15, 2025, inclusive. After this date, participation will no longer be possible.

Conditions for participation
To participate in the prize contest, participants must:

– Be over 18 years old (or have parental consent if younger).

– Have a valid Instagram or Facebook account.

– Participate in the manner described below.

Participation takes place on Instagram @jasnaresort and Facebook @jasnaresort as follows:

Share your story “What inner balance means to you” and you might win a 3-day getaway for 4 people or one of the other prizes at Jasna Natur Resort!

1. Follow @jasnaresort

2. In the comments, write or post a picture / video (use #MyJasnaBalance): “What does inner balance mean to you?”

3. Tag at least 3 people you would invite for an Alpine getaway to the renovated Jasna Natur Resort!

The contest runs from May 5, 2025, to May 15, 2025, inclusive, on Instagram @jasnaresort and Facebook @jasnaresort under the prize game post!

Prize Pool

1. Extended weekend package for 4 people (3 nights) + half-board + panoramic sauna + Alpine Crystal Wellness (including detox therapies) + Cockta SUP experience (20min / person) + morning yoga + Individual consultation for physical and mental balance (e.g., breathing exercises, morning yoga) (*usage in November, March 2025, and April 2026 – subject to availability)

2. 1x group dinner without phones for 4 people in the Alpine fairy-tale igloo “SHARING IS CARING” (*usage in November 2025 – subject to availability)

3. 5x gift voucher for a 20-min Cockta SUP experience (*usage subject to availability, 1 year)

4. 3x gift voucher for “Jasna breakfast with a view” and a certificate of “EXCELLENCE” (*usage subject to availability, 1 year)

5. 1x Seasonal Chef's dinner at “Gostilna Jasna – House of Flavors of Three Lands” for 4 people (*usage subject to availability, 1 year)

*Dinners do not include drinks. If the winners opt for a phone-free dinner, guests will be served 1 bottle of house wine.

*Prizes can be redeemed subject to availability, prior arrangement with the reception at info@jasnaresort.com, and the validity period of each individual prize.

*Prizes cannot be paid out in cash.

Selection of Winners

The random drawing of all winners will take place in the week of May 19, 2025. The results will be published on Instagram and Facebook @jasnaresort, and winners will be notified via private message on the chosen platform.

Privacy Policy
Participants allow the organizer to use their posts, videos, and personal data for promotional purposes within the scope of the contest. All activities will be carried out in accordance with personal data protection legislation.

Organizer's Responsibility
The organizer does not assume responsibility for technical errors, unfeasible posts, or lost content due to network errors. Nor is the organizer responsible for any injuries or inconveniences during prize collection.

Cancellation or Change of Terms
The organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the prize contest or terminate it at any time if unforeseen events occur.

Legislation
The prize contest is fully compliant with the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia. The competent court for all disputes is in Ljubljana.

Other Provisions
The prize contest is not sponsored, associated with, or administered by Instagram or Facebook. All complaints or questions regarding the contest should be addressed directly to the organizer.
