General conditions for participation in the "Find your balance at Jasna Natur Resort" prize competition

Competition organiser
The competition is organised by Adria Alpe Turizem d.o.o., Čičare 1, 4280 Kranjska Gora, hereinafter referred to as "the organiser".

Competition period
The competition will run from 5 May 2025 to 15 May 2025 inclusive. After this date, participation is no longer possible.

Terms and conditions
To enter the prize competition, entrants must:

- Be over 18 years of age (or have parental consent if younger).

- Have a valid Instagram or Facebook account.

- Participate in the way described below.

Participation takes place on Instagram @jasnaresort and Facebook @jasnaresort as follows:

Share your story "What inner balance means to you" and you could win a 3-day break for 4 people or one of the other prizes at Jasna Natur Resort!

1. Follow @jasnaresort

2. Write or post a picture/video in a comment (use #MyClearBalance): "What does inner balance mean to you?"

3. Please nominate at least 3 people you would invite with you on an Alpine break at the newly renovated Jasna Natur resort!

The competition runs from 5.5.2025 to 15.5.2025 inclusive on Instagram @jasnaresort and Facebook @jasnaresort under the sweepstakes post!

Prize Fund

1. Extended weekend package for 4 persons (3 nights) + Half board + Sauna with a view + Alpine Crystal Wellness (detox therapies included) + Cockta SUP experience (20min/person) + Morning yoga + Individual counselling for physical and mental balance (e.g. breathing exercises, morning yoga) (*available November, 2025 March and April 2026 - subject to availability)

2. 1x group dinner without telephone for 4 people in the Alpine fairy-tale igloo "SHARING IS CARING" (*available November 2025 - subject to availability)

3. 5x gift voucher for a 20 min Cockta SUP experience (*use subject to availability, 1 year)

4. 3x "Jasna breakfast with a view" gift voucher and a "HIGHLAND" certificate (*use subject to availability, 1 year)

5. 1x Seasonal Chef's Dinner at "Restaurant Jasna - House of Flavours of the Three Lands" for 4 persons (*use subject to availability, 1 year)

*Dinners do not include drinks. In case the winners choose to dine without a phone, 1x bottle of house wine will be served.

*Cashing of prizes is subject to availability, prior agreement with reception at info@jasnaresort.com and the validity period of each prize.

*The prize cannot be paid in cash.

Selection of winners

A random draw of all winners will take place during the week of 19 May 2025, the results will be announced on Instagram and Facebook @jasnaresort, and the winners will be notified via private message on the platform of their choice.

Privacy Policy
Entrants give the Organiser permission to use their posts, videos and personal data for promotional purposes in the context of the competition. All activities will be carried out in compliance with data protection legislation.

Organiser's liability
The organiser accepts no liability for technical errors, unworkable posts or lost content due to network failures. Nor is the Promoter liable for any damage or inconvenience caused during the claiming of the prize.

Cancellation or modification of the terms and conditions
The Organiser reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the competition or to terminate the competition at any time in the event of unforeseen events.

Legislation
The competition is fully compliant with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. The Ljubljana court has jurisdiction over all disputes.

Other provisions
The Competition is not sponsored, affiliated or administered by Instagram or Facebook. Any complaints or questions regarding the Competition should be addressed directly to the Promoter.
