Invitation to the grand opening of the new GOSTILNA JASNA – cuisine of three regions
After a decade of dedication and a vision to combine nature, sustainability, and exceptional experiences, we have created a space where the elements that inspire us most converge: an Alpine backdrop, a healing climate, and exquisite cuisine.
We invite you to join us for the opening of the restaurant section of the renovated JASNA NATUR Resort, a pilot project of the Alpine Climate Resort, and experience the premiere presentation of Gostilna Jasna – cuisine of three regions, where the flavors of Slovenia, Austria, and Italy will intertwine in a unique harmony of three lands. In creating our three-region menu, we were guided by the experience of Uroš Štefelin, one of Slovenia's most prominent chefs. The experienced master of Slovenian cuisine Dušan Veršec also participates in the Gostilna Jasna team for dish preparation.
Every ingredient will be a tribute to a local story, and every bite an experience, complemented by a carefully selected wine list.
The event will be honored by Minister Matjaž Han, who will deliver a symbolic address at the opening, supporting the importance of innovative sustainable tourism and the cooperation of the state with local initiatives.
Domen Prevc will add the finishing touch, presenting Jasna Natur Resort with his Goni PONY bicycle and the world record starting number from Planica, 254.5 – symbolizing a new chapter where nature, sport, and hospitality hand-in-hand write the story of a sustainable future for health and well-being.
